Do you enjoy cooking or baking? Do you dream of owning your own restaurant or becoming a famous chef? Join chefs from our hospitality department for an introduction to baking and pastry arts, culinary arts, and hospitality management. Take part in field trips and hands-on workshops centered on developing kitchen skills, culinary/baking techniques, and menu planning strategies.
On Wednesday, June 21 at 5:30 p.m., parents are invited to join participants for dinner and taste the delicious foods they’ve created using the skills learned during the week. (tentative)
Summer Overnight Pre-College Program

Age Group: Students entering grades 9-12
Includes all activities, meals, and on-campus housing.

Field Trips/Special Events
A field trip to a restaurant may be included along with an etiquette dinner.
Close-toed shoes and clothes that can get dirty are required.
